A research team is getting ready to recruit for a new lupus trial called STRATIFY. They have made a short video to introduce the trial to people who might be interested in taking part.
Before the video is used, the team would like to hear from people affected by lupus about how it comes across.
Deadline to provide comments: Friday 25th September 2026
Location: Remotely, in your own time
What’s involved:
- Watch the recruitment video (around 4 minutes)
- Share your thoughts on the video with the research team (written comments via email)
- The video link and review guide will be shared after you have expressed interest
- It should take no more than 1 hour in total
Who:
You can take part if you are:
- Aged 18 and over
- Living with lupus, or supporting someone living with lupus (any type)
No research experience is needed to take part – everyone’s thoughts are welcome!
Payment: A £25 payment will be provided for your time
How your input will be used:
- Your feedback will be used in editing the video. This includes deciding the order of the different sections in the video, or if you would like to hear more from specific speakers in the video
- Any feedback that can’t be used for this video may be used in the planning of a future STRATIFY lupus video. This would be released when the trial opens for recruitment
Feedback: The research team are planning on launching a newsletter for potential participants or those interested in the trial. The first release will cover the impact of the reviewers’ involvement and the final video.
