The All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Black Health has launched a cardiovascular disease (CVD) Call for Evidence to hear from members of Black African and Caribbean communities across the UK.
Cardiovascular disease (including conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease and stroke) continues to have a significant impact on Black communities. They want to better understand people’s experiences of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and access to care, as well as the barriers and challenges that our communities face.
Your experiences and insights will help inform the continued development of the CATCH (Community Assessment, Triage and Cardiovascular Health) Model, a community-led approach to improving heart health through early health checks, culturally appropriate support and stronger pathways to access to care.

- Complete an anonymous 8-to-10-minute survey
- It will explore your experiences of heart health, stroke, diabetes, kidney health, health checks and accessing care
